Best B&B experience that my wife and I have EVER had! Melinda & David were fantastic hosts, and could really read the moods of their guests, knowing when to make conversation or keep it business like. What initially caught our eye about the B&B was the Scottish themed home & rooms, after we had just visited Scotland in the past year. We had a short one night stay at the stone cottage and really enjoyed it. The location is great within walking distance of Traverse City downtown as well as about 6 blocks to the impressive beach/ parkway that T/C has built around the base of the bay. Good Restaurants in Town with the areas showing high energy and fun. The accommodations were very clean and organized, the breakfast was great. But the best part were the hosts, we spent an hour with them learning about the area and the history of the house. They work very hard at making sure their guests are taken care of. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to be off the beaten trail with a B&B with lots of charm and warmth.
